Cancelation policy
- Cancellations informed before 12 hours prior to pick up time means that a £5 cancellation charge applies.
- Cancellations informed before 4-12 hours prior to pick up time means that the journey will incur 50% of the booking price.
- Cancellation not informed up to 2 hours before pick up time will incur 100% of the booking price
- A booking/reservation may only be changed or cancelled with the permission of the company. This can be done by email or by phone only.
- No reservation is considered as accepted until confirmed by email and the passenger has been issued with reference number.
- In the event a client books an airport pick up and does not make contact with the driver or 3acars representative within 2 hours of the flight landing, this will be consider as no show and will be fully chargeable.
General Terms
- All airport pickup bookings are strongly advised to be paid in advance by using our secure online credit/debit card payment facility if possible, but you can also paying cash to the company's driver.
- There is an additional £5 charge if a baby/booster seat is required at your request. The passenger must specify child's age on comment section on booking form.
- Please note that babies are counted as passengers. This is important when considering the size of the vehicle you wish to choose.
- A £5 to be added to the journey price for each additional pickup or setdown not stated in the passenger's initial booking.
- Passengers are strongly advised to give enough time for their journey, especially passengers travelling to the airport.
- During airport pickups, the meeting point is by the information desk at the arrivals hall.

After the flight has landed, the driver has maximum of 45 minutes free waiting time at the stated meeting point, after that £18 per hour will be charged (30p/minute). If the driver cannot see you, he or she has the right to leave and the journey will be considered abandoned.

- 3acars will not charge you for flight delays.
- Payment on this site is processed via a secure payment method (PayPal).
- Any messages or descriptions on this website are to be seen only as guides. They are not legally binding or legal basis.

- All media and description used on the website, brochures, pricelists or documents are used only as a guide and will not be binding.
- 3acars reserves the right to make use of sub contractors to provide the service to the passengers. These sub contractors will be able to provide a high quality of service and will be licensed and comply with the regulations stipulated with the Public Carriage Office. .
- Prices on the following dates, 24th December From 15:00 hours to 27th December 06:00 hours and 31st December 16:00 Hours to 2nd January 06:00 hours will be charged at 50% higher than normal prices quoted on our web pages.
- 3acars operates 24 hours a day, 365 days. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
- A minimum of £3 admin fee is applicable to all credit and debit card transactions.
